Cooking classes.
In the collaboration of Amelia Gonzalez and Andrew Gilio- from 16.00 to 22.00including the dinner prepared together.Shared space is an opportunity for everyone to get closer, once more, a simple, healthy cuisine and in harmony with the body and spirit to discover its secrets. Natural cuisine which is based on the preparation of whole grains, vegetables and legumes, and pastry without the use of eggs, sugar, butter, milk and dairy products, in harmony with the seasons and in compliance with intolerances to foods and the protection of the natural environment and territory. A first theoretical part, to focus on some basic information and make us reflect on the importance of good food for health. A practice that will also become our pleasant convivial dinner to enjoy together and continue to learn, to ask questions and to reflect ... with their hands in the dough! Participants will be equipped to dispense with the recipes of the meeting, and seasonal energy and will have to intervene in the laboratory with: apron and personal dishcloth, knife-cut vegetables (caddy-also available on the spot), headgear.
