Silences. Emily Dickinson.

When the poet Emily Dickinson died in 1886 at the age of fifty-five years, only very few people had seen in the last twenty years. It was withdrawn in its room of the House where he lived with his family. A strange behavior judged by the usual conformists who always existed and always will exist. Who ever you can withdraw in a State of incarceration if not bandits, sick, particular religious orders, silly people? But Dickinson, really wanted to hide or wanted to try something? In addition, rebel as it was? The poet is not included in the Orthodox world through channels that each of us tries to use to live the life that is touched. Quite The Contrary. The restriction of physical space, vital for her, he served as the works blindness in relation with ourselves (see Jorge Luis Borges, among many): closes the eyes outward and opens the inner life and soul. This restriction does not contracted the horizon of his mind that, on the contrary, he found himself projected into the world of emotions and feelings. The restriction was cathartic for you, because it took away from his eyes that we normally we veil our, we can see that unfortunately. It was a real traveler, as today you can't understand, when you do exotic travel and on the other side of the world without the soul of those travelling to, and used it to travel-travel not evolve.
